Dean Orrico
is President of Middlefield International Limited and is responsible for
overseeing the creation and ongoing management of all of Middlefield's
investment funds. Mr. Orrico has 25 years of experience in the financial
services sector. Prior to joining MIDDLEFIELD® in 1996, Mr.
Orrico was an account officer in the commercial banking division of the Toronto
Dominion Bank. Mr. Orrico is a registered portfolio manager and is an MBA
graduate of the Schulich School of Business (York University) and holds a
B.Comm degree from the Rotman School of Management (University of
Toronto).

Lauzon
Rob Lauzon
is Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer of Middlefield Capital
Corporation, an affiliate of Middlefield International Limited, and has over 15
years of industry experience. He was previously an Investment Executive with
ScotiaMcleod. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from
Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, a Master of Business
Administration degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of
Toronto, and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
